Yes. Blucript is an Official WhatsApp Tech Provider authorised by Meta. Your number is registered directly with Meta's infrastructure, giving you access to the full WhatsApp Business API — including templates, Flows, and high-volume messaging. You can also apply for the green verified badge once your account meets Meta's eligibility criteria.

In most cases, yes. If your number is on the WhatsApp Business App (the mobile app), it can be migrated to the Business API without losing your profile. Numbers on the regular WhatsApp personal app can also be migrated. Our onboarding team walks you through the process — most businesses are live in 15 minutes.

Yes. Blucript supports WhatsApp Coexistence: the same number works in the WhatsApp Business App and in Blucript at the same time, so your team can keep replying from the phone they already use. When you connect, your recent conversations and your phone's contacts are imported into Blucript, and messages sent from the app appear in the shared inbox alongside everything else. Automations stay switched off until you turn them on, so nothing double-replies to your customers.

Every plan includes a 7-day full access free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll have access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial so you can evaluate the platform properly before making any commitment.

WhatsApp (Meta) charges businesses a per-conversation fee for outbound messaging. Many platforms mark this up by 15–30% and pocket the difference. Blucript charges you Meta's exact published rate with zero added markup. You pay the platform subscription separately, and your messaging costs are passed through at cost. This saves most businesses hundreds of QAR every month.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, and you will continue to have full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.

The Meta AI Agent is Meta's own AI Business Agent, connected to your WhatsApp number through Blucript. You teach it about your business — website, FAQs, documents, opening hours, policies, plus a persona and custom skills — and it answers customers instantly, 24/7, in Arabic or English. When a customer needs a person, the conversation is handed to your team in the Blucript Chat Hub with the full history, and you can hand it back to the AI with one click. You can start with a small list of test customers before switching it on for everyone. It's available as an add-on on Professional and Enterprise plans. Meta requires a payment method on your Meta Business account to activate the agent, and may bill AI usage there directly.

A WhatsApp Flow is an interactive, multi-step experience that runs entirely inside WhatsApp — no redirects, no external booking pages. For appointments, this means your customer receives a message, taps to open the Flow, selects their service, chooses a staff member, picks a date and time, and confirms — all within their WhatsApp chat window. Blucript provides a visual Flow builder with pre-built booking templates so you can go live without any technical knowledge.

Yes — this is one of the platform's core capabilities. Multiple agents can be logged in simultaneously, each handling different conversations from the same WhatsApp number. You can assign conversations to specific agents, set RBAC permissions to control visibility, and monitor the full team's performance from a single dashboard view.

Blucript's AI analyses all incoming messages across your customer base and generates a daily engagement score for every contact. Contacts are automatically segmented into Highly Engaged, Active, At Risk, and Inactive groups. The system also detects conversation sentiment (positive, neutral, or negative) and identifies the top topics customers contact you about. Additionally, it flags missed bookings, abandoned catalog sessions, and flow dropoffs so your team knows exactly who to follow up with and when.

Smart Intent-Based Responses go beyond keyword matching. Instead of only triggering when a customer types an exact word, the AI understands the meaning of the message — so "how much does it cost?", "what are your prices?", and "price list please" all correctly trigger the pricing response, even though the wording is different. It's available on Enterprise plans, and can route enquiries, trigger flows, or escalate to an agent based on detected intent.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Your customer data is never sold or shared with third parties. Blucript complies with Meta's data handling requirements and applicable privacy regulations. For Custom plan customers, isolated hosting options are available on request. You can export all your data at any time.

Yes — Developer API access is included from the Professional plan up, so you can send messages programmatically, sync contacts, trigger automations and retrieve analytics data. Enterprise adds the advanced API and third-party integrations — Zapier, Google Sheets and Google Calendar — plus webhooks for real-time events. The Custom plan extends this further with dedicated integration support for POS, ERP, HIS and other enterprise systems.

Your account remains active until the end of your paid billing period. After that, your data is retained for 30 days in case you choose to reactivate. You can export your contacts and analytics reports directly from the platform before cancellation, and request a full export of your conversation history from support@blucript.com. Media attachments such as images and documents can be downloaded directly from the platform while your data is retained. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers.
